Join us to celebrate the Summer of the Arts in Cleveland! 78th Street Studios is the largest art and design complex in Northeast Ohio, featuring 170,000 square feet of art galleries, artist studios, design showrooms, performance spaces, and other creative spaces all under one roof! Located a convenient 7 minutes from downtown in the heart of the Gordon Square Arts District, our Building houses over 60 creative businesses that open their doors from 5pm-9pm on the THIRD FRIDAY of each month to welcome thousands of visitors annually who come to experience exhibits, food, entertainment and an array of guest artisans. Primarily known as an attraction for fine art, our THIRD FRIDAY Art Walk is consistently voted the “Best Arts Events in Cleveland.” We are also an incubator for businesses in the fields of product design, publishing, music and special events that can be hosted in any of our 5 unique venues! Like many mammoth warehouses in Cleveland, 78th Street Studios has a rich history beginning in 1905 as the home of the Baker-Raulang Car Carriage Factory, producing wooden car carriages. The complex is best known as the first home of the American Greetings Card Company. 78th Street Studios also has regular open hours: Monday-Saturday from 11am-5pm and offers a handful of shopping experiences beyond THIRD FRIDAY
