The Morean Arts Center is made up of four locations, each with a unique look at the fine arts. The center supports arts of all kinds with a focus on glass blowing, clay and local artisans.
Morean Arts Center – The Morean Arts Center is a free contemporary art gallery featuring art by local artists.
Chihuly Collection – This collection of glass installations by Dale Chihuly was the first permanent museum collection of his installations. The whimsical works seem to defy physics and the museum is can’t-miss attraction.
Morean Center for Clay – The center is the largest working pottery in the Southeast U.S. and offers offers classes and workshops as well as rotating exhibitions. The center is free to visit.
Morean Glass Studio & Hot Shop – Watch the near magical process of glass blowing at this studio’s daily live glassblowing demonstrations. Take a class and create your own blown glass work of art or shop at one of the largest glass stores in the area.
