Located in a historic two-room cabin built in 1906, Pagosa Baking Co. brings the wonderful tastes and smells of a European café to Pagosa Springs. Stop by in the morning for a coffee, espresso, and a buttery croissant, or bite into a delicious quiche or breakfast burrito. Hungry for lunch? The bakery also serves wraps, sandwiches and salads.
