Salvador Dalí Museum

A visit to the Salvador Dalí Museum is a magical step into St. Pete/Clearwater’s fine arts scene. The experience starts even before you step into the building with the arresting view of the museum’s gravity-defying architecture. The experience continues inside where the spiraling staircase seems to curl right up into the glass ceiling. And of course, there’s the art. The collection includes over 2,400 works by Salvador Dalí as well as special exhibits from around the world.

During your visit, don’t miss the outdoor garden Avant-Garden. The labyrinth-like area is made of hedges with a single, swirling pathway to the center of the garden and back out again. The garden is also the location of the massive mustache statue – a favorite selfie spot at the museum.
