Upscale American bistro The Urban Stillhouse combines rusticity and elegance. While the building now reflects a modern rustic elegance, it was originally part of Goldenberg Furniture, the longest operating retail business in Pulaski County. Operating from 1904 to 2009, this store was an institution on Fountain Square for 105 years.

Refreshed and refurbished, you’ll now find a sophisticated dining room with warm wooden beams and luxurious leather sofas in this 1890s building. The menu keeps things simple yet unexpected, like fried whole quail with chicken and pear stuffing, or a bison filet with Lyonnaise fingerling potatoes and herby bourbon butter.
