The Thinkery creates innovative learning experiences that equip and inspire the next generation of creative problem solvers. Located in the Mueller neighborhood, the Thinkery is Austin’s home for “why” and “how”. It’s a place where science and families play side by side. Founded in 1983 as a nonprofit organization, the Thinkery delivers its mission through a variety of exhibits, programs and outreach activities that focus on science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM).
