Sweet bitter almond syrup adds depth, while lime juice and soda water give it a refreshing zing. Sit in their casual-cool space under huge windows and snack on elevated bar nibbles!

LouVino’s Ginger Snap combines peachy sweetness with a little bite. Peach purée, lemon juice, and simple syrup are topped with spicy ginger beer for something fresh, fragrant, and endlessly sippable. The flavors pair beautifully with their southern-inspired, scratch-made dishes in an elegant wine-themed dining room.

Prohibited Paradise

Each ingredient of this complex mocktail is more than meets the eye. First, Lyre’s American Malt NA spirit is house-infused with black peppercorn, juniper, and cardamom. Monin Agave Nectar with sage and peppercorn brings sweetness. Finally, lime and orange juice (with juniper and lime peels) give it a citrusy lift. A crushed black peppercorn rim adds heat with each sip!

Almond Coy

A cocktail with a frothy top, garnished with an orange twist and a cherry, sits on a marble bar counter. Shelves of liquor bottles are blurred in the background.

Seven Cocktails + Bourbon, Louisville

The best-selling mocktail at elegant Seven Cocktails + Bourbon is the Almond Coy. NA Lyre’s Amaretti creates an almond and vanilla base, while an orange shrub drinking vinegar and lemon juice add tartness. Whipped egg whites (or chickpea-derived aquafaba if you’re plant-based) on top create a silky foam—and a striking look.

Chef’s Favorite

Inspired by the classic Italian spritz, this mocktail version is a little citrusy, a little spicy, and all delish. The base is Lyre’s Italian Orange, a slightly bitter NA aperitivo of blood orange and maraschino. A bit of ginger puree adds kick, and a floater of Lyre’s Classico NA bubbly makes this a festive sipper. It’s the mocktail of choice for award-winning Seviche Chef Anthony Lamas!

Shelbyville Spritzer

A cocktail with ice, garnished with a dried citrus slice and rosemary sprig, sits on a bar mat. In the background, green plants and a partial BULLEIT sign are visible.

The Shelbyville Spritzer is an ode to nature’s abundance. Herbal NA spirit Seedlip sets the tone, while pear-rosemary syrup brings garden freshness. Fresh lime juice and zingy Fever Tree Sparkling Lime & Yuzu balance it out. Enjoy from a comfy sofa under the towering rows of bourbon barrels in the distillery’s modern tasting room.

Bulleit’s second installment has an autumnal name, but it’s delicious year-round. Botanical NA spirit Seedlip gets a floral, tart kick from tropical blood orange juice, while honey vanilla syrup amps up the sweetness. Topped with a splash of cranberry lime soda, it’s fresh, zesty, and oh-so-delicious.

Orange Crush

Ever wish you could drink a creamsicle? Just order an Orange Crush. Freshly squeezed orange juice is enriched by vanilla bean sugar syrup. A splash of heavy cream smooths it out, and it’s finished with a dollop of whipped cream on top. Perfect for a sunny day in the distillery courtyard!

It’s named for everyone’s favorite childhood honey fiend, but the Pooh Bear Fizz is a pretty grown-up mocktail. Muddled cucumber slices are shaken up with fresh lime, mango purée, and, of course, honey syrup. Topped with soda water, it’s sweet and simple, just like its namesake.

Just Like the Real Thing Mocktails

NA Espresso Martini

A coupe glass with a dark cocktail topped with foam sits on a wooden bar next to an open menu, with warm, blurred lights and bottles in the background.

Canary Club, Louisville

The espresso martini has made a major comeback recently. At the natural wine bar Canary Club, their NA version is a must! It’s made with an orange and spice-infused zero-proof vodka, balancing out the coffee bitterness from the Modica Cacao Espresso Martini blend. An expressed orange peel over the top highlights that fruity twist!

Aper-All Spritz

A cocktail with an orange slice garnish sits on a bar table next to a Juniper’s drinks menu listing timeless classics and spirit-free options, with warm ambient lighting and a lit candle in the background.

You can hardly tell the difference between an Aperol Spritz and this NA version. In place of Aperol, this drink stars Giffard Sirop Aperitif, a bitter orange and gentian root syrup. Topped with seltzer and Freixenet Alcohol Removed Sparkling Wine, you get all the bubbles and all the flavor of the real thing—with none of the booze.

Dry Tai

This tasty drink takes the classic Mai Tai and turns it into something fresh and new. House-made foxtrot tea syrup gives this drink an herbal hint, with chamomile, rooibos, mint, and vanilla steeped with honey. Mixed with orange and lime juice, plus Giffard Orgeat Syrup and fresh mint, this nuanced concoction is a little sweet, a little citrusy, and very sophisticated.

Baby Bellini

The bellini is a brunch staple. This version combines summery peach juice with Sprite, to give it those all-important bubbles. A bit of cranberry juice adds tartness and tannin, cutting through that sugary sweetness. It’s perfect paired with the Smoked Salmon Tartine on The Still’s relaxed patio!

Fizz & Pop

A decorative glass filled with an orange-red iced drink, garnished with two red rose petals and a twist of lemon, sits on a wooden surface with soft natural light in the background.

NoraeBar, Louisville

The Fizz & Pop at karaoke hotspot NoraeBar is a garden-fresh take on the classic mule. House-made organic rose syrup and spiced rose bitters give it a floral kick, and fresh Meyer lemon juice brings citrus and sweetness. It’s all topped with Fever Tree Ginger Beer for bite. Between mocktails, hit the stage to belt your favorite pop anthem or showtune!

Spritz Italiano

Fork & Barrel, Louisville

A refreshing spritz is a Mediterranean classic. This version is built on Ritual Aperitif Alternative, a cross between a bitter Italian aperitivo and sweet French vermouth. Orange juice tones down the bitterness, and club soda brings the fizz. Enjoy a glass in the rustic-chic dining room with shrimp and garlicky grits or hot brown bruschetta on rosemary focaccia.
